It started with one halltree and a minivan.

Hi — I’m Chris McHugh. Back in 2020, our family was growing and we needed a minivan we couldn’t quite afford. I’d been building furniture on the side for a few years, so I listed a handmade halltree on Etsy, hoping it would help close the gap.

It sold. Then another sold. Then another. Six years later we’ve shipped over 1,500 custom pieces to homes in all 48 states — still built by the same small team, in the same shop near Athens.
