Step 02
Blanket-wrapped
When finished, your piece is carefully blanket-wrapped and protected for transport. Larger pieces ship in 2–4 pre-finished sections.
Step 03
Scheduled by phone
A private driver — not UPS or LTL freight — loads your order and calls to schedule a delivery window that fits your week.
Step 04
Door-to-door
Your driver arrives in the pre-arranged time slot and walks the piece directly into your home. Two-person carry, placed where you point.

What’s the current lead time?
Our current lead time is 7–8 weeks from purchase. This covers build, paint cure, and prep for transport.
How do you ship large pieces?
Most pieces ship in 2 to 4 components depending on size. All sections are pre-finished and connect in minutes — no tools, no assembly required on your end.
Do you use UPS or FedEx?
No — we use a private contracted driver rather than traditional carriers. Items are blanket-wrapped and protected during transport. This virtually eliminates damage from terminal transfers.
When will the driver schedule my delivery?
Our shipper calls a few days before your piece is ready to travel to arrange a pre-arranged time slot that fits your availability. You’ll know the delivery day in advance.
What if my piece arrives damaged?
Damage is rare with private delivery, but should any damage be noted upon delivery, please reach out directly at 706.512.6856 and we’ll determine next steps. We stand behind every piece.
Do you ship outside the lower 48?
Our free shipping covers the continental United States. For Alaska, Hawaii, or international destinations, call us — we’ll work through logistics and a quote.
