Our Shipping and Delivery Process

We’re blessed to be busy with orders at the moment, and our current lead time is 7–8 weeks from purchase. We’re always happy to provide updates on your order—feel free to reach out anytime with questions.

The shipping of assembled furniture requires a meticulous approach to ensure that each piece arrives at its destination in pristine condition. Our shipping process utilizes private contract  drivers who are trained to handle furniture with care, providing a level of service that is often superior to traditional shipping methods. Most halltrees are shipped in 2 pieces (hutch and bench). Some larger units with additional storage lockers may be 3 or 4 pieces. 

Each piece of furniture is carefully blanket wrapped and protected during transport. This protective measure is essential in safeguarding against potential damage that can occur during transit. 

Upon scheduling a delivery with the driver , customers can expect a door-to-door service that is designed to accommodate. The driver will be in charge of scheduling the delivery with you directly. Please understand that are leaving Georgia and driving across the country so transit times can range from 2-3 days to 10-12 days depending on your location and their delivery overall route.

With private drivers, scheduled delivery, and thorough protective measures, customers can trust that their furniture will arrive safely and in excellent condition.
