Our Shipping and Delivery Process

The shipping of fully assembled furniture requires a meticulous approach to ensure that each piece arrives at its destination in pristine condition. Our shipping process utilizes private drivers who are trained to handle furniture with care, providing a level of service that is often superior to traditional shipping methods. Most halltrees are shipped in 2 pieces (hutch and bench). Some larger units with additional storage lockers may be 3 or 4 pieces. 

Each piece of furniture is carefully blanket wrapped and protected during transport. This protective measure is essential in safeguarding against potential damage that can occur during transit. 

Upon scheduling a delivery, customers can expect a door-to-door service that is designed to accommodate their specific needs. The delivery process includes a pre-arranged time slot, allowing customers to plan accordingly and ensure that they are available to receive their furniture.
