Refund policy

Returns on furniture:
Please note all of our pieces are made to order. Once payment is received for an order, you will have 3 days in which to cancel your order and receive a full refund. After the 3 days, if you choose to cancel your order, we will withhold 25%, for shop time and materials. Once your order is in the cutting process, meaning the work has started, and you choose to cancel we will refund half of your order.

Returns will be handled on a case by case basis. Buyer will be responsible to pay for return shipping as well as packaging. We will refund the balance when we receive the item undamaged, less the original shipping cost that we payed to get the item to you. No refunds on custom work. Orders over $250.00 will be subject to a 20% restocking fee as well as shipping costs.
All custom work, sales are final, there will be no refund. If the item is damaged during shipping please refer to shipping policy for steps that must be taken to resolve the issue
